Science Technology Engineering Maths (STEM)

The students entering our school today bring with them an increasing awareness and knowledge of technology. As a school we extend and values these skills. At St Mary's we strive to teach our students to be using their skills throughout all their subjects. We have invested in a number of tools and training to give our students the best possible outcomes.

Robotics and Coding is a big part of our students with the school having a wide range of equipment such as:-

- Beebots

- EV3's 

- WEDO's

- Makey Makey's

- Spiros

Students start using technology in Prep and as the schools increase so does the amount of technology that is integrated into their learning.  By our senior years, the student skill level has bypassed most of the adults and it is a matter of using their skills to increase their learning across all subjects.
