In Visual Art this term, our Year 5/6 children have been creating an art piece on a small canvas around the theme of 'Pattern'. They used the artwork of different artists, including Yayoi Kusama, to inspire their ideas. All the children produced creative pieces and should be congratulated on their efforts. A special mention to the following children whose art has been chosen to be exhibited in the Hobsons Bay Arts Society School competition. Ned Bracken, Rocco Pantalleresco, Zachary Cross, Elyssa Eid, Christian Cassar, Annika Sementilli, Emily Vella, Ethan Murray, Olivia Petersen, Flynn Densley, Ava Rogers, Noah Johnson, Madi Lofting, Harry Carter, Annelise Frendo,Sicilee Diep-Dubois, Sarah Godde, Sofia Nguyen, Scarlett Becton, Finn Binion, Ashley Esquires, Ava Mc Cutcheon, Lachlan Kirby and Coby meikle.

The children's work will be displayed over the holidays from 5th-24th April 2025, at the Louis Joel Gallery, 5 Sargood Street Altona.
